This piece is part of a series of paintings in which I painted celebrities in well-known roles to practice my ability to capture appearance in portraiture.
In this portrait, I have painted Harrison Ford as he appears in Star Wars. The time period of the film meant that the reference had a high saturation colour palette which was interesting to explore.
