Blue Metal

This piece depicts a copper statue which I saw at the Bristol museum. I painted this piece as the 29th entry in a series where I attempted to produce a new painting every day. This painting was a fun experience in attempting to capture the human form with a more unconventional material, exploring how the shiny surface effects how the human body is rendered.
